Terms and Conditions for "Win a Year of Free Tacos" Competition

1. Promoter
This competition is organised by Cantina del Barrio, located at 162-164 Bath Road, Cheltenham, UK.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or older.

Employees of Cantina del Barrio, their immediate family members, and anyone directly connected to the competition are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

Follow @CantinaDelBarrio on Instagram.
Like the competition post.
Tag as many friends in the comments who you'd share your tacos with.
Bonus entry: Share the post to your story and tag @CantinaDelBarrio.

4. Prize

The winner will receive a "Year of Free Tacos" prize, consisting of two free tacos, of any flavour per taco visit. The winner will recieve one taco visit per week for 52 weeks. The taco visit must be redeemed between Monday - Friday from 12:00 - 21:00.The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Competition Period

Entries will be accepted from 27.11.2024 to 11.12.2024, closing at 11:59 PM on the end date. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and announced on 12.12.2024 via Instagram stories.The winner will be notified via direct message. If no response is received within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

7. Prize Redemption

The winner will receive a voucher or card to claim their weekly tacos.
The prize must be redeemed in person at Cantina del Barrio.
Unclaimed weekly meals cannot be rolled over to subsequent weeks.

8. Publicity
By entering the competition, participants agree to have their name and/or photo used in promotional materials (e.g., social media announcements) related to the competition.

9. Data Protection

Any personal data provided will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with Cantina del Barrio’s privacy policy.

10. General

The promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
